Julien Audibert-Lebon, the founder, head chef, and owner of J’adore Catering, is a renownedFrench chef with a passion for bringing global flavours to Sydney. Born and raised in Paris, Julien’s culinary journey began at prestigious French cooking schools. He honed his craft inMichelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and brasseries across Europe and Asia. Julien has worked with some of the world’s best chefs, including Dominique Grel, Stephane Vieux, Jean-Michel Guilloteau, Pierre Hermé, Patrice Hardy, and Marc Davis.Quickly making a name for himself in Sydney, Julien has worked at several high-end restaurants, including Bennelong. Today, he combines his extensive experience at J’adoreCatering, offering exceptional dishes with a global touch.
Julien is also the executive head chef and co-owner of“L’Heritage”restaurant and “Kiosk by L’Heritage” in MosmanChowder Bay with Alena Rayrolls who runs and own the successful“Frenchy’s café”inMosman. Additionally, he has created the “Limestok” app to help chefs manage their kitchens more efficiently.At J’adoreCatering, Julien’s vision is to deliver exceptional dishes that combine traditional techniques with a modern twist, making every meal a journey of flavours and a celebration of culinary excellence.
