Platters

Prices are per platter and inclusive of GST. Any desirable changes to items can be discussed directly with our chefs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and allergy considerations. Items are subject to change based on availability and season. All platters serve 10-12 people. 

Adding platters or pre-canapés is a great idea. See Canapés menu. 

Mixed Platter - $190 

Prosciutto San Daniele, smoked ham, turkey, salami, gourmet tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella with basil pesto, mixed grilled vegetables, house-marinated olives, served with a selection of breads and grissini. 

Cheese Platter - $150 

Variety of French, Italian, and Australian vintage cheeses, served with dried and fresh fruit and a selection of fresh breads (cheese variety will depend on market availability). 

Fruit Platter - $130 

Variety of fresh fruits (fruits will depend on season and market availability). Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, rock melon, watermelon, kiwi fruits, passion fruits, grapes. 

Sweet Platter - $190 

A selection of delicious house-made desserts: 

  • Chocolate mousse: Dark Belgium Chocolate with Chantilly and gaufrette (GF) 

  • Tarte Tatin: Caramelized apple tarte served with Crême fraiche 

  • Panna cotta: Infused with orange blossom and French vanilla bean, with rhubarb compote (GF) 

Platter Options

Cured Meats Platter - $165 

Prosciutto San Daniele, salami, cacciatore, mortadella, smoked ham, roast turkey (variety of cured meats will depend on availability), house-marinated olives, cornichons, served with a selection of sourdough breads and grissini. 

Vegetarian Platter - $140 

Grilled courgette, eggplant, and capsicum, house-marinated olives, marinated artichokes, gourmet tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella with basil pesto, cornichons, sliced Swiss cheese, served with a selection of sourdough breads and grissini. 

Seafood Platter - $275 

Tasmanian smoked salmon, Sydney Rock oysters, peeled crystal bay prawns with herb aioli mayonnaise, lemons, served with a selection of breads. Add half lobster ($29) 

Oyster Platter - $170 

Sydney Rock oysters, Add half lobster ($29) 

Prawns Platter - $225 

Peeled crystal bay prawns with herb aioli mayonnaise, lemons, served with a selection of breads. Add half lobster ($29) 

Sushi Platter - $145 

Selection of salmon and avocado, grilled chicken, vegetarian maki.
